I’m Jack Hatfield. For 35 years I’ve built, fixed, and protected the technology people depend on. Now I help everyday people and small businesses put AI to work, with a real human in their corner.
Technology. AI. Family.
The three things I have built my life around.
Technology: Mage IT Service
Every morning before my clients get to work, I’ve already checked their servers. My company, Mage IT Service, keeps a fleet of business servers and workstations running around the clock. I’ve broken ransomware on my kitchen table and worked 38 hours straight so a children’s home could open the next day. Technology should work for you, not get in your way.
AI: Bot To Bank + Ultimate AI Lab
Most people try AI, get average results, and give up. The secret is knowing what to ask and how to ask it. My courses give you the exact prompts and step-by-step help to build projects, create business assets, and learn skills you never had time for. You also get something most online courses skip: me. Ask questions, join live lessons, and email a real human.
Family: Blessed with Tragedy + Mullet Camp
My daughter, Jonna Lil, was born premature. Her heart stopped twice. Today she’s 22 and living life. Games became how we taught, learned, and laughed together, and after nearly 20 years of family game nights we made our own: Mullet Camp, a quick, competitive card game for the whole family.
On Stage
Speaker. Karaoke host. Album on the way.
Fixing servers is my job, but I’ve always been at home in front of a crowd. As a motivational speaker, I was The Professional Adversity Strategist, with one message: We Can Get Through It Together!
For years I also ran karaoke shows all over South Carolina as Buck Freak Crazy Karaoke.
I even had a band once. We played one show.
Now I’m recording an album. It’s karaoke at heart, sung the way I’d sing it if I had my band behind me again.
First single coming soon.

Meet Jack
Jack has worked in technology for 35 years, from punch cards and mainframes to today’s AI. He’s a Certified Information Systems Auditor and owns Mage IT Service, which keeps a fleet of business servers and workstations running around the clock. His clients describe him in three words: “He actually cares.” Unlike a course you click through alone, Jack offers live lessons, Q&A sessions, and direct email support. When you get stuck, you get a human.
